We ship directly from our Hong Kong warehouse. Standard shipping takes 1–3 weeks, while express shipping takes 2–7 working days.

We ship using a range of services, including HK Post, EMS, UPS, FedEx, and DHL. All orders come with a tracking number once dispatched.

Unless stated as Japan, most of our products are from Hong Kong, meaning the Beycode inside is for the Asia region.

We offer grouped shipping to select regions in Australia , providing a discounted rate for players who regularly attend events. Orders are shipped once a month, timed with new Beyblade releases.

To use this option, you must be a member of the Australia Beyblade Discord server and collect your order from the tournament organiser at an event within 1–3 weeks. This is the most cost-effective shipping method for active tournament participants.

If you cannot make it to the event please consider using direct shipping, the organisers are not responsible for shipping your item. You will not be refunded if you don’t pickup within 3 events.

Yes, we ship to most countries covered by our postal services.

We do not offer returns or refunds and are not responsible for issues related to Takara Tomy’s quality control.

The only exception is if you receive the wrong order. In this case, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your item, including images and a description of the issue.
